Voluntary Behaviors

Controlled actions that are generated from within, independent of external influences and distinguishable from automatic stimulus response mechanisms. They are theintentional expression of our thoughts and feelings. More specifically, voluntary motor plans of action are tailored to meet a specific goal at a specific moment.[1]
