Optimal Performance

Smooth coordination and expert execution of a complex sequence of events such as singing. It relies on a state of equilibrium where the resources of the moment are equal to the purpose of the moment: having all the information and energy needed when it is needed, such that the task at hand is executed accurately, efficiently, healthily, and expressively (if desired).[1]
