Myasthenia Gravis

An autoimmune disorder that causes rapid fatigue in muscular contraction once contraction is initiated due to antibodies that block acetylcholine receptors in the muscles. The overall quality of voice and speech declines rapidly as strength of muscular contractions are reduced during continuous or repeated activity.[1]
