A traditional voice pedagogic term descriptive of a clear and resonant tone. Perceptual clarity is enhanced via efficient, balanced flow phonation with well-organized high spectral content. While sound cannot be actually placed, focused, or projected, it may be helpful to use such descriptors as desirable auditory targets.[1]
