Back Breathing

A breathing method that focuses on the expansion of the back in a way that reduces expansion in other areas. Restricting frontal abdominal expansion limits the descent of the diaphragm to some extent; similarly, offering some resistance to frontal abdominal release redirects expansion more to the back.[1]
